American Heritage
Girls
Attention, GIRLS! American Heritage Girls offers a dynamic,
Christ-centered scouting program for girls ages 5 to 18.
Dedicated to building women of integrity through service to God,
family, country and community, AHG is unique in the scouting
world because of its faithful adherence to Christian principles.
Girls are enriched physically, mentally and spiritually through
a diverse range of activities, community service projects,
camping and more. The nation's fastest-growing scouting
organization, American Heritage Girls currently has troops in 33
states.
AHG Registration: $22.00 per girl, with a family cap of
$50.00 for families with 3 or more daughters in AHG.
Troop Dues: $40.00 a girl, with a family cap of $100.00
for families with 3 or more daughter in Troop.

Pack 100 meets at Harmony Grove United Methodist Church in
Lilburn. We are a non-denominational pack, and we have around
30 boys (4-5 homeschooling families and boys from the local
elementary school). We meet on Sundays, and welcome new

From September through May, Daisies through Cadettes meet every
other Friday afternoon and Seniors through Ambassadors meet
every other Monday evening; both groups, (same troop) meet in
Lawrenceville. We welcome girls of all ages! We earn awards, run
service projects, have parties, go places and learn new things!
We are a very family friendly group with lots of family events
throughout the year.

Homeschool Girl Scout
Troop 24301, John's Creek
Ages 6-10. We meet the first and third Thursdays of each month
from 1-2:30 p.m. Our meetings are held at a leader's home near
the corner of Haynes Bridge and Old Alabama roads in John's
Creek, although we have members who come from all over the north
side of Atlanta. We go camping, earn awards, participate in
service projects, take field trips and do lots of other fun and
educational activities! We have regular meetings through May,
then field trips once a month over the summer. Contact Mary at

SPIRAL SCOUT TROOP,
Alpharetta/Cumming
A new Spiral Scout Troop will start the 2nd week in September in
the
Alpharetta/Cumming area. It will be lead by Jenn Le Roy, her
husband,
Larry; Stephanie S and any other parent that wants to jump in
and help
(hint, hint). Ages are from 3-18 and will be divided
accordingly. I will
work with the pre-school group, my hubby and Stephanie will work
with the
older group. Spiral Scouts is co-ed and all races, religions,
etc are MORE
than welcome to join our troop. We will meet the 2nd Sunday of
every month
at a church in the area from 2-5pm starting in September. The
first meeting
will be an informational, registration (if you want to join,
you'll need to
be prepared to pay fees at this meeting-more info to come in
private email),
and other paper work type meeting. Spiral Scouts encourages
parent
involvement, so one or both parents must stay during meeting
times every
month. Our troop will have a uniform and pins, patches, badges
to earn throughout the year. All the leaders will have
background checks, training and an adult will be present at each
meeting and field trip that has
Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid training. We will meet once
a month
year round or until the kids and parents vote differently.
