H.E.A.R.T.,

H.E.A.R.T. stands for Healthy Exercise and Recreation Time. As
a homeschool mother, pharmacist and fitness guru I feel
compelled to address childhood obesity and “adult” diseases such
as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes that are
plaguing our children. H.E.A.R.T. is a biblically based
noncompetitive exercise/recreation program designed to increase
flexibility, endurance, stamina and self confidence. Everyone
may not be interested in sports but all children should be
physically fit.
H.E.A.R.T is for children ages 7-17.
Registration Fee: $20/family includes t-shirt, $15 each
additional T-shirt
Session Fee: $60/session for 1 child, 40% discount for
each sibling
Parents may drop off/pick up children or may exercise at no

WOODSTOCK SWIM
SCHOOL, Woodstock
Woodstock Swim School is starting a new program specifically for
you. We understand how expensive teaching supplies and
curriculum can be so we are offering our lessons at a discounted
price and on a specific day and time for all Homeschool
Families. Lessons will be on Friday afternoons between 1:00PM
and 3:15PM and will feature 6 different classes for various
levels of age and swimming experience. This program will begin
Friday September 5th and continue through Friday, April 3rd.
Below are the details of the program:
LESSONS: are for ages 3-and over at all skill levels.
COST: There is a yearly registration fee of $45 ($10 off each
additional child per family) and lessons are $40 per month.
LEAGUE: these swimmers should already have completed the
Advanced class and/or have accomplished up to sticker 9 on their
Swim America Certificates (which will be given out on the first
Test Day).
